BB Associates is headed up by Bhavna Sood and Bapitha Peethambar.
Bhavna and Bapitha together have two decades of business development and recruitment experience. Bhavna has had successful Sales and Marketing career and has travelled extensively across Europe, Middle East and Asia for business. Bapitha enjoyed her progressive career in recruitment and has placed several senior and mid-level candidates across EMEA and APAC for clients from diverse sectors. Obviously, Bapitha has also handled junior-level assignments in her recruitment career and understands that businesses need good talent across all levels.
Interestingly, when at the top of their games they decided to take a break and pursue management studies to develop their business acumen, quintessential in today’s volatile business environment. They relocated to Sydney and completed their dual master’s degree in business administration and international business from the University of Newcastle and both were recipients of high achievers award.
Collectively, they possess good recruitment experience, relationship management skills, strong understanding of management concepts and have a large network of qualified candidates. They now use the experience gained to offer a bespoke service to clients.
Bhavna has a vision to grow BB Associates to becoming the most preferred recruitment partner and she thoroughly enjoys developing the business. Bapitha is passionate about recruitment and strives hard on the execution side to provide clients with the best talent and candidates with the best job opportunities while driving BB Associates towards success.
